The complex is located near Rothschild Boulevard, near the Bank Hapoalim headquarters, and near the Yehuda Halevi light rail station and the La Guardia interchange leading to Ayalon routes. The project will be built adjacent to the northern side of the old central station, where the process of demolishing the old platforms recently began in order to promote new mixed-use projects , among others by the Levinstein Group and the Shikun Vabinui Company.
